Voters are required to present picture identification as part of the application to vote process. If you were previously registered in the State of Michigan, we can also update your voter registration in our office and the change will automatically be forwarded to the SOS to update your driver's license no need to visit the Secretary of State's office. You can also register to vote within the 14 days up to and including election day however, you must complete your registration in person at the City Clerk's office with proof of residency. If you have recently moved to the City of Howell, you should register to vote at your new address at least 15 days before the first scheduled election. The following candidates will appear on the ballot for the November 7, 2023, City General Election: Deputy Clerk and Elections - Thursday: 7:00 a.m.
